These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ATA Bookkeeping website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
ATA Bookkeeping provides remote bookkeeping, payroll coordination, financial reporting, and related services for dental practices and small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for your engagement are defined in a separate service agreement.
Not tax, legal, or financial advice
Our bookkeeping services do not constitute tax, legal, audit, or investment advice. We prepare and maintain records and reports; filing of tax returns and formal financial or legal advice should be obtained from your CPA, attorney, or licensed advisor.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents.
- Maintain access to the accounts and software needed to perform the work.
- Review reports we deliver and notify us promptly of any discrepancies.
Fees and payment
Fees are set out in your service agreement and are billed on the schedule stated there. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services. Cleanup and one-time projects are quoted separately in advance.
Confidentiality
We treat your financial information as confidential and handle it in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy. You agree not to misuse any confidential information or materials we provide to you.
Term and termination
Engagements are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. Either party may end the engagement with reasonable written notice as described in the service agreement. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance in transferring your records.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATA Bookkeeping is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
